About The Role

We are looking for two people to join the Debt Recovery Team in Parking Services.

We are a busy team that deals with enforcement agents to ensure that Penalty Charge Notices are recovered when payment is not made. The successful candidates can work in Islington or from Islington Councils's office in Ashton Under Lyne.

Ideally, you would have experience in a debt recovery or parking background. However, the role would suit someone with the ability to deal with external contractors and vulnerable customers both in writing and over the phone, and the ability to work to deadlines. You will need to work collaboratively with the Notice Processing, Enforcement and Fraud teams as well as with three external enforcement agents acting on our behalf.
